Faridah Nassereka works for Uwezo Uganda as a Senior Program Officer leading the coordination and management of the learning assessments. With an experience of over ten years in the management and execution of participatory research and in designing and execution of large-scale surveys, she has made contributions to dialogues and conversations focused on improving learning outcomes and the outcomes of learning . A holder of an MSc in management studies, Faridah previously supported the planning and implementation of Uwezo assessments while at Twaweza East Africa and supported partners both locally and regionally to integrate citizen led assessment processes in educational program implementation and evaluations. Her vast experience and participation in researches and Poverty Assessment studies under the Ministry of Finance, planning and Economic development, Centre for Basic Research and the Uganda Bureau of Statistics has focused her passion for Educational research targeting sustainable reform.
